School Lead Practitioner (permanent)

Salary: £40k - £53k

Redruth School is one of the most progressive schools in Cornwall and we would like someone who is passionate about learning to join us on our journey to outstanding.  You would be joining a vibrant, committed workforce in beautiful West Cornwall.

The school is looking to appoint an outstanding practitioner, ideally of Maths, with the ability to lead and inspire other subject teachers to achieve for all students. The person appointed should have excellent inter-personal skills, a track record of outstanding outcomes for students and evidence of leading groups of staff.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative teacher with a passion for their subject and student learning.  It is anticipated that the successful candidate will operate on a whole school basis with ambition to be part of the Senior Leadership Team within time.  If you have the necessary energy, enthusiasm and motivation to make a difference we would welcome your application.
