Pastoral Year Leader

Fixed term, in the first instance, until 17 July 2020

37 hours per week, term time only (44.263 total paid weeks)

£21,565 - £25,972 (to be proportionately reduced for part time working)

The successful candidate will be positive, adaptable and enthusiastic, and be passionate about working with young people within an educational setting.

We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Year Leader to support the social, emotional and academic development and progress of our students.

The successful candidate will:

· be qualified to A’ level or equivalent

· have the ability to lead and manage a year team which consists of approximately 10 tutors and 270 students

· have experience of working with young people

· have excellent communication skills

· have self-motivation and a friendly manner

· have a high standard of computer literacy and excellent organisational skills
