We’ve been using Tassomai for core subjects as a school for a while and it’s proving a huge success!

Tassomai is an online learning program which builds knowledge, boosts confidence and reduces exam stress by using artificial intelligence software to create questions that cater to the individual student needs.  Students will be asked multiple answer questions targeting the most essential areas of their learning which has seen some excellent results in English, Science and now Maths. The software is easy to use on phones, tablets and laptops/pcs, meaning students can access it from home to support their online learning.

Maths teacher Mrs Richards says "Tassomai is perfect for retrieval practice.  It builds on individual student's knowledge of maths. It creates questions to help them revisit prior learning with challenging achievable questions; this helps them build knowledge into their long term memory”            

Year 7 student Oliver says “I like that it is clear on the screen what you have to do.  It’s like a game of memory for your class work.”

Student successes are celebrated on the Facebook page and through teacher recognition.
