Kernow Health, the schools immunisation team, are visiting the school on Friday 27 June.

If your child has not yet had their HPV or Tetanus, Diptheria/ Polio and Meningitis boosters, or if you are unsure of their booster status, please see the attached letters for further information, including how to give your consent for immunisations, as well as contact details for Kernow Health.

The cut-off date for giving consent is midday on Monday 23 June.
